El Paso Texas Flags Across America is an “All Volunteer” non-partisan, non-political, non-profit organization dedicated to stimulating love and pride of country in America’s children and to serve as a primary source of Flag etiquette and display inquiries. El Paso Texas Flags Across America is 501C(3) incorporated and tax exempt.

El Paso Texas Flags Across America, with the help of many El Paso businesses and citizens has erected a 180 foot flagpole which flies a United States Flag 24 hours a day, seven days a week on approximately 4.6 acres of land owned by the El Paso Community College and “revised agreement dated September 4, 2008” to El Paso Texas Flags Across America. The “Old Glory Memorial” (OGM) is the name of the site and the purpose of the Memorial is:

To honor all those who serve our country and to those that have given their lives in the name of the freedoms we enjoy every day.

The following information is provided:

  • Raised $71,000 for a Flagpole and two American Flags June 14, 2003
  • 180 Foot Flagpole Dedicated on December 7, 2003

  • William Haddad World War II Memorial Dedicated September 2, 2009
  • Entrance Driveway and Rockwall completed February 4, 2010
  • World War I Memorial Dedicated November 11, 2010
  • Statue of Liberty Dedicated November 11, 2010
  • EPTFAA Entrance Sign completed January 10, 2011
  • Flags Memorial Walkway (50 states, 6 Services and 6 Territories) completed May 21, 2011
